- We will challenge clients who set selection criteria that may be discriminatory
- We make reasonable adjustments to our process where requested by candidates with disabilities
- We monitor diversity data on an aggregated, anonymised basis only and never share individual data

If you believe you have been treated unfairly during a process we are running, please use our Complaints Procedure. We take all complaints seriously and will investigate promptly.
