William Michael

William brings extensive experience from the legal sector as a Consultant Partner at Taylor Rose Solicitors and Director of WM Legal Services. Having worked across all aspects of residential conveyancing — including high value transactions, property portfolios and complex client requirements — he has built a reputation for professionalism, trust and exceptional client service. His experience working with high net worth individuals and managing complex transactions informs the firm's standards for relationship management, attention to detail and delivery in fast-paced environments.

Ninos George Bakoos

Ninos contributes a strong background in healthcare recruitment, business leadership and scaling operational businesses. As Founder and CEO of Shyft Corp Ltd and Managing Director of Venture Partnership Ltd, he has spent years transforming medical staffing solutions across the UK. His experience in recruitment strategy, sales, workforce planning and business growth has enabled him to build the scalable systems that connect talented professionals with the right opportunities and support organisations with sustainable staffing solutions.
