Candidate Terms

These Candidate Terms set out how MB Talent Partners Ltd works with candidates. They incorporate the requirements of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.

1. No fees to candidates

We do not charge candidates for our services. Our fees are paid by hiring firms.

2. Representation

We will only represent you for roles that we have discussed with you. We will not share your CV with any firm without your specific, role-by-role consent.

3. Confidentiality

Your identity, current employer and the fact that you are exploring the market will be kept confidential. We do not advertise CVs to multiple employers and we do not approach your current employer.

4. Information you provide

You agree to provide accurate information about your career history, qualifications, regulatory standing and right to work. Where we represent you for a role we may verify right-to-work documentation, qualifications and references.

5. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

6. Anti-discrimination

We comply with the Equality Act 2010 in everything we do. If you ever feel you have been treated unfairly please contact us using our Complaints Procedure.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated.
