We take complaints seriously. If something has fallen below the standard you expect of us please tell us and we will put it right.
1. How to complain
Please email complaints@mbtalentpartners.co.uk with:
- Your name and contact details
- The names of the consultant(s) involved, where you can
- A description of what happened, dates and any supporting documents
- The outcome you would like
2. Our response
- We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days
- We will investigate and respond substantively within fifteen working days
- If more time is needed we will tell you, with a clear timeline
3. Escalation
If you remain dissatisfied with our response you may escalate to the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) at www.rec.uk.com where applicable. Data protection complaints may be raised with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
