Complaints Procedure

We take complaints seriously. If something has fallen below the standard you expect of us please tell us and we will put it right.

1. How to complain

Please email complaints@mbtalentpartners.co.uk with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The names of the consultant(s) involved, where you can
  • A description of what happened, dates and any supporting documents
  • The outcome you would like

2. Our response

  1. We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days
  2. We will investigate and respond substantively within fifteen working days
  3. If more time is needed we will tell you, with a clear timeline

3. Escalation

If you remain dissatisfied with our response you may escalate to the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) at www.rec.uk.com where applicable. Data protection complaints may be raised with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
